There might be minimal writing in marker on the bag, little to no fading, no rips but maybe a couple of very small pin size holes, but overall a very nice bag for the money! Has two padded adjustable shoulder straps, one carry handle, a small accessory pocket, and a lockable grommet closure. 24" x 36 L" Heavyweight material, 1,000 denier CORDURA Nylon. GOVERNMENT ISSUE!!!
