This shell consists of two sleeves, a collar, front and back yokes and a removable apron style flap. The material seems to be coated which makes it very water repellent (like a duck’s back). We are not sure what task our military preformed wearing this half jacket, so we came up with a couple on our own. This would be nice to wear when using a wet saw on a cold day. It also would be nice to wear to the car wash or when using any type of pressure washer.
